There are two ways to download files from the store.
The first way is to download the file right after you make the purchase. You should see something like this after you make the online payment. (see picture below.) You can click on the "Download Now" button to begin your download.



In the event that you didn't download your file right after the sale, there is nothing to worry about, you can simply login to your account and download the file(s). See the pictures below.

First step is to login, go to our online store page
and look for the "Login" link.


After clicking on the link you will see this page. Put your username
and password information in the two boxes, if you forgot that information
click on the "Forgot your Password" link and you will find instructions
to have your password emailed to you.


After logging in you will see a page that looks somewhat like the picture below: There
is a link for you to click on at the bottom called "Download"



After clicking on the "Download" link you will see a page that looks something like the
page below. Click on the "Download" link or the "Download Now" button to begin your
download. You will eventually see a popup box that asks you where you want to save the
file to. After your selecting and choosing ok, the file should download to your compture.
